Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Next Drill with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account — do not share your login or impersonate anyone else.

Next Drill includes social features: profiles, display names and usernames, profile photos, a follow graph, squads, and shared training content. Content you add to your profile can be seen by other users.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to upload, post, or share anything that is:

• hateful, harassing, threatening, or that targets or bullies another person;
• sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise pornographic;
• violent, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity;
• impersonating another person, team, club, or coach;
• spam, advertising, or an attempt to defraud other users;
• infringing on someone else’s intellectual property or privacy.

Every user profile in the app can be reported and blocked from directly inside Next Drill. Blocking a user immediately removes any follow relationship between you in both directions and hides them from your search results and feed.

We review reports of objectionable content and act on them, typically within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, reset an offending name or photo, suspend an account, or terminate it permanently without notice or refund. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal.

Next Drill is free to use with weekly limits on AI-generated training plans and coaching sessions. Optional paid plans (“Player Pro” and “Coach Pro”) raise or remove those limits and unlock additional features. Current prices, billing periods, and any free trial are always shown in the app before you purchase.

Auto-renewal. Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or to your chosen payment method on the web). Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that plan.

Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings, or from Settings → Plan in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policy; we cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly. For purchases made on the web, contact us at support@nextdrill.app.

You keep ownership of the content you create in Next Drill — your profile, stats, logs, custom drills, and plays. By adding content that is visible to other users, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the app. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for the content you add, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

You confirm that the information you enter — including your name, date of birth, location, team and club, and combine results — is accurate, your own, and kept up to date. You are solely responsible for the information you provide and for any consequences of it being false, misleading, or out of date. Next Drill does not verify this information and is not responsible for decisions others make in reliance on it.

If you mark yourself as a free agent, coaches with a Coach Pro subscription can see your name, photo, position, height, age (not your date of birth), the city and country you entered, your note, your overall level, and your combine results, and may invite you to a tryout. You can stop being a free agent at any time in Settings, and your listing is removed.

Next Drill has no messaging system. When you accept a tryout invite, we show you the contact details (WhatsApp number and/or email) the team’s coach provided, so that you can contact them if you choose. Your own contact details are never shared with a coach by Next Drill.

• Next Drill does not verify the identity of coaches, clubs, teams or players, or the accuracy of anything they provide, and is not a party to any tryout, conversation, agreement or meeting between users.
• Any contact, tryout or meeting happens outside Next Drill and at your own risk. Meet in public places such as the club’s gym, and never share information you are not comfortable sharing.
• Players under 16 may only become free agents with the agreement of a parent or guardian, and players under 18 may only contact a coach with a parent’s or guardian’s knowledge and agreement.
• Coaches may use Scout only to recruit players for a real team, may not contact a player for any other purpose, and must not pressure, mislead or harass anyone. Misuse leads to removal of the account.
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behaviour from within the app or to us directly.

Next Drill uses AI to generate training plans, drill descriptions, and coaching sessions. This content is generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. Always use your own judgement, and treat it as a suggestion rather than professional instruction.

Next Drill is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The training plans, drills, and fitness information in the app are for general informational and training purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified coach.

Consult a physician before beginning any new training programme, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits and for the safety of the space and equipment you use.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app;
• access the service through automated means, or scrape or bulk-download data;
• circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or paid-plan entitlements;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service to build a competing product, or resell access to it.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deletion removes your profile, stats, training history, and account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms — in particular the Community Rules above — or if we are required to by law.

Next Drill is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature materially, we will give you reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Drill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or training progress, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights available to you under the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms overrides them.

These Terms are between you and Next Drill, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these Terms as the app changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use Next Drill after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
